The Eucharist
The Eucharist is the "Source and Summit of the Christian life." The term "Eucharist" originates from the Greek word eucharistia, meaning thanksgiving.
Adults seeking Jesus in the Eucharist
Jesus says:
I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world.
(John 6:51)
Adults initially seeking and knowing Jesus in the breaking of the Bread can grow to love Him the Sacrament of the Eucharist.

Children seeking Jesus in the Eucharist
Jesus says:
Let the children come to me, and do not prevent them; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these. (Matthew 19:14)
